Nosotros no tenemos acceso a esos datos.

The short version: your data lives on your phone. ElevarTe has no user accounts, does not measure your use of the app, uses no trackers, shows no ads, and never sells or shares your information for commercial purposes. What leaves your device is the text the AI needs to reply to you and, unless you turn it off, a technical report when something in the app breaks. What you write is yours and does not travel in that report.
ElevarTe is a personal growth application. In this policy, "we" refers to the team that develops and operates ElevarTe. You can reach us through the channel listed in section 9.
All of your personal information is stored locally on your phone:
We have no access to that data. If you delete the app, it is deleted with it.
ElevarTe uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to reply in the guide, to write your daily reading from your check-in, and to respond to what you write in the practices. For that, the necessary text travels encrypted to our own intermediate server and from there to Anthropic's API.
What travels, exactly: your messages to the guide, the day's check-in (the state you chose, the emotion and body words, the context and anything you wrote) and the minimum context from your profile. If you have an active subscription, the guide remembers your days: a trimmed summary of your last 30 check-ins travels too. Without a subscription, only the current message and the minimum context travel.
ElevarTe also checks on launch whether a content update is available. That check sends the version, the platform and a random install identifier generated by the app itself: it is not tied to you or your phone, and we do not use it to measure anything.
If something in the app breaks, ElevarTe can send us a technical report so we can fix it. That report carries exactly six pieces of data and nothing else: which app is reporting, where in the app it happened, the technical error message (trimmed), the app version, the platform and the operating system version.
No identifier travels with it: no account, no device identifier, no install identifier. We do not store your IP address alongside the report either. That means we cannot link a report to you or group several reports from the same person: that is the trade we chose on purpose.
What you write is not part of the report. Your journal, your check-ins, your name and your conversation with the guide stay out: the report is built from a closed list of fields, so no data of yours can slip in because we added a new feature. The technical message is the text the error produces, not what you wrote.
You can turn sending off at any time in Settings. With it off nothing reaches us: errors stay on your phone and leave only if you choose to share them. Reports we do receive are kept for at most 90 days and then deleted automatically.
Subscriptions are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, with RevenueCat as the receipt management platform. We never see or store your card details. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous identifier and purchase receipts to validate your subscription; its policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Daily reminders are local notifications: they are scheduled and shown on your device, without going through any server.
Since your data lives on your device, you have direct control: deleting the app removes all your local information. For any question about data that passed through our providers, write to us through the contact channel and we will help.
ElevarTe is designed for adults and is not directed at anyone under 16.
